Overtime: Overtime is charged as a flat rate of $75.00 per half hour.

Photo DVD Production: We can compile your photo DVD from digital and film photos. The fee for this service is a $50.00/hour flat rate.

Fun Props: Leis, hats, glow necklaces, glow bracelets, etc… can be made available at your event. Pricing for these items is subject to the quantity desired.  If you are interested in props, simply ask for a price quote.

Secondary setup: If your ceremony is being held at the reception venue where processional/recessional music is needed, but in a different area from the reception, the setup fee for the second setup is a flat fee of $75.00. This fee is charged in addition to all packages with the exception of the Remembrance Platinum package, which includes a second setup at no additional charge.

Early Setup: If your event requires earlier setup than the standard one hour that we allot for such setup and sound check, a "stand around" fee will be charged at a flat rate of $40.00/hour.

Reserving a Date: Event dates are subject to availability. Events are only reserved with a contract signed by both you, the client, and Spin City Productions and only when the standard deposit of $200.00 is received in good funds by Spin City Productions.

Deposits: The standard deposit of $200.00 is Non-refundable. In the event that your event is cancelled for unforeseen reasons. We will apply any paid deposit toward a future event as long as the newly scheduled event date is within one year of the original booking date. Any rebooking is subject to availability as well as current pricing schedules. Deposits are non-transferable to other people, however.

Balances: Balances are due a minimum of fourteen days prior to the date of the scheduled event, unless otherwise authorized by Spin City Productions in writing and in advance. Payments made less than fourteen days prior to the scheduled event must be made by guaranteed funds.

Payment Methods: We Currently accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Cash and Check.

*Money Back Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with our performance and advise any representative of Spin City Productions within forty five (45) minutes after the scheduled start time of your event, we will immediately mutually void our agreement and cease playing recorded music. The representative on site will proceed to pack up and vacate the venue immediately.  A full refund, less the $200.00 nonrefundable deposit will be issued to either the original form of payment if paid by credit card, or by business check if paid by cash or check within 10 days. This guarantee is limited strictly to the direct performance of Spin City representatives and does not cover nor imply coverage for events or acts which are beyond the control of Spin City Productions. Examples of such acts are: power loss, lightning, rain or any other prohibitive weather event, acts of God, or acts carried out by anyone other than a representative of Spin City Productions. This guarantee is also contingent upon your meeting all terms of the contract agreement, including, but not limited to timely payment of all balances due.
